Our firm represents clients before all government entities including the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (formerly the Immigration & Naturalization Service), the Department of State, the Department of Labor, immigration courts, and immigration appeals boards.

Gabriela M. Krockmalnic is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers' Association (AILA). She is a past chair of the New Lawyers' Division of the New England Chapter of AILA and a past co-chair of the AILA New England Chapter Liaison to the DET/DOL. She also served on the organizing commitee for the Conference on Immigration Solutions for Health Care & Biotech, 2003.

Ms. Krockmalnic is the author of articles on immigration law and has contributed materials for the "Immigration Primer" published by the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education program (MCLE) on subjects such as O-1 Extraordinary Ability Workers Visas and Labor Certification Applications.

Ms. Krockmalnic holds a Master Degree in Biophysics and started her law practice after a distinguished twenty-year career as a Researcher in Cell Biology at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, during which time she authored and co-authored a variety of publications on topics in Cell Biology. She is fluent in Romanian and French, and proficient in Italian.
